Every piece of Emotionwear is created fresh — printed, checked, and packed with care — because we believe even everyday clothing can carry meaning and emotion.

Order Processing

All our products are made-to-order.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 5–9 business days.
In rare cases, deliveries may take up to 10 business days due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational constraints.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, pincode, and contact details are accurate.
AVRG Co will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Undelivered / RTO Orders

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons such as:

  • Customer not reachable

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • COD amount not ready

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

The order will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers may request re-shipping by paying the applicable shipping charges.
