Order Cancellation Policy
At AVRG Co, every product is made-to-order with care and intention.
Because production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, cancellation requests are time-sensitive.
When Can You Cancel an Order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they move into production.
Once an order enters the production stage, cancellation is no longer possible as the printing and preparation process has already begun.
Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation within 16 hours of placing your order.
We recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible to avoid the order entering production.
How to Request Cancellation

Refund Process
If the cancellation request is approved:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-9 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will simply be cancelled with no charges applied.

Once the order enters production, cancellation is not possible.

Orders refused at delivery are not considered cancellations and are not eligible for refund.

AVRG Co reserves the right to decline cancellation requests if production has already started.
