Refunds Are Processed in These Cases:

Verified manufacturing defect

Product damaged during transit (with unboxing video proof)

Product lost in transit (confirmed by courier)
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

Orders refused at the time of delivery (prepaid or COD)

Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

Size or color preference issues
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We design Emotionwear to feel personal — and because every AVRG Co product is custom-made just for you, we follow a limited return policy to keep things fair and sustainable.
Eligible for Return / Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

How To Raise A Return / Exchange Request
If you experience any of the issues mentioned above, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Record and keep the complete unboxing video of the package.
2️⃣ Capture clear video of the product and packaging showing the issue.
3️⃣ Upload the unboxing video to Google Drive / Dropbox / WeTransfer and create a shareable link.
4️⃣ Submit your request through our Return / Exchange Request form:

Our team will review the request and confirm whether it qualifies for a return or replacement.
Important Requirements
• The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
• Images of the product and packaging must be provided (if asked by our team).
Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process a return or replacement.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Minor color variations (screen vs print differences)
If a replacement is requested for size or preference reasons, a new order must be placed at the customer’s expense.

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.
In case of size discrepancies, product images along with measurements must be shared for verification.
